TRACK RULES
- Everyone MUST sign waiver upon entering premises
- All riders MUST wear a helmet. Full riding gear is recommended
- Tuscarora Motorsports is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, theft or damages anywhere on premises
- All riders MUST comply with any and all NC State rules and regulations as they relate to ATV’s. Proof of age required for all ATV riders under the age of 16.
- No alcoholic beverages permitted while riding
- Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian
- No cutting the track
- No spectators on the track
- Assistance should be rendered to fellow riders
- Fighting, profanity and disrespect towards riders, spectators and track officials will not be tolerated
- All children must be supervised by parent or guardian at all times and parent/guardian assumes all responsibility for any damages or accidents caused by child
- Any pets brought to the track must be kept on a leash at all times and the pet owner assumes all responsibility for any damages or accidents caused by their pet
- Remember – during practice you should ride at 70% of your ability
